Can I change my order after I have placed it? 


Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel your order once you have received the order number and payment has been processed. If you however receive an item you do not wish to keep, you may return the item. Please see our returns section for more information 


Can I exchange my order in store?


Yes you can take your items to any of our stores. Please take along your Tax invoice as proof of purchase. 


Do you offer gift vouchers? 


We do not currently offer Gift vouchers for use online, but we are working on this!


Can I use a Gift Card to purchase items online? 


Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept Gift Cards as payment online but we are working on this! 


Do the shoes on the Under Armour SA website have UK or US sizing? 


All shoes that are available are in SA/UK sizing, but please note the invoice will show the item in US sizing. See our size chart for more details.


If I cannot find a particular product online, does this mean it is discontinued? 

Our stock range fluctuates on a daily basis. Therefore, if the product you are currently trying to find is not online, we advise you to either check our website regularly or sign up our newsletter to be the first to know about new product. You can also email us at csunderarmour@apollobrands.co.za


What are the Under Armour Care Instructions?


Care instructions can be found on the tag of  your item. However, in general, machine wash in cold water with like colours. Do not use bleach or use fabric softener. Tumble Dry on Low heat and never use dryer sheets. We also recommend you put any garments with eye hooks, velcro or other sharp objects in a garment bag to protect your garment from snags.


How can I place a bulk or team sports order?


For large orders, team wear or becoming a retailer and other Wholesale requests, please send an email to info@apollobrands.co.za and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible. 


Can I place an order over the phone? 


Unfortunately we are only able to take orders online but please contact us at csunderarmour@apollobrands.co.za. If you are having any issues placing an order and we will be happy to assist. 


Which payments methods can I use?


You can pay for order with the following: 


Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard

Debit Card: VISA and Mastercard (must be 3D Secure Enabled)

Instant EFT through Payfast 

Mobi Cred through Payfast

Zapper 



Which shipping methods do you offer? 


Currently we only offer standard shipping within 3-5 working days. Please note that you will receive an SMS notification from our courier partners, Dawn Wing once you parcel has left our warehouse.


I have placed an order and not received any confirmation? 


Have you checked your junk mail? Otherwise there could have been a spelling mistake in your email address which could be the reason you have not received your confirmation email. Please email us at csunderarmour@apollobrands.co.za if you want to be sure your order was successfully placed and is being processed. 


I have placed an order. When will it be shipped out? 


If you have placed your order before 11am Monday to Friday your order will be processed that day and handed over to our courier partner. 

If it is placed after 11am Monday-Thursday it will be processed the following day. Any orders placed after 11am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Once your order has been picked you will receive shipping notification and invoice. From there you can then track the delivery with our courier partners. Please allows 24 hours before tracking with courier. 


When will I receive my order? 


You will get an automated message when you order has been shipped. Delivery from that point will generally take between 3-5 working days. 


Do you deliver overseas? 


We are unable to deliver overseas, please check the global Under Armour site for countries they are able to deliver to. 


How can I track my order


You will be able to track the status of your order through the order history on our website. Once it has been shipped you will then get a tracking number which you can track on our courier's site. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our Customer Services for assistance. 


It say's my parcel has been delivered but I have not received it? 


If you have received notification that your parcel has been delivered, please contact our customer service department, we will 

then liaise with the courier partner on the whereabouts of your parcel and keep you updated. 


What do I do if I have received only part of my order? 


In the unlikely case you do not receive your order in full it may be due to the item being out of stock in which case it will not 

appear on your invoice or packing list and we will contact you to process a refund. 


What do I I have to do if my item is faulty or defective? 


Please send our customer service team an email as soon as possible with your order number and pictures where the defect is 

clearly visible. A team member will be happy to assist you. 

We are only able to assist you if you have purchased your item on our website. 

In the case you have purchased from a third party, we ask that you go back to your initial point of sale. They will have a return 

policy for faulty and defective items.

Who do I need to contact if I have a product specific question? 


Please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to assist you. If possible please provide us with the style 

number which you find next to the product image so that we can provide as much information as possible on the specific 

product 


Can I order Personalised Under Armour Items 


We appreciate your enthusiasm, but at this time we do not offer customisation of our garments. We recommend you consult 

a qualified screen printer or heat sealer in your area and provide the following information: 

-The temperature we use our heat seal is estimated to be about 163-177 degrees Celsius

-The pressure we use is 40 PSI and the dwell time is 12 seconds

-Please note that the temps, PSIs and flash (dwell) times may vary if a printer is using another type of heat seal 

-It is best not to screen print or heat seal Under Armour compression gear
